Please read these terms carefully before using our services
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and DealFuel concerning your access to and use of the DealFuel platform, DealFuel Pro and DealFuel 2.0 services, and any opportunity DealFuel introduces to you. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement Overview
This Agreement ("Agreement") is between You (any candidate who creates a DealFuel account, uses the DealFuel platform, or is introduced to an opportunity by DealFuel, including any purchaser of DealFuel Pro or DealFuel 2.0 services) and DealFuel Recruitment Ltd, including its affiliates, sub-contractors, employees, agents, owners, or assigns ("DealFuel"). The Agreement becomes effective when you accept these terms, create a DealFuel account, or proceed with an opportunity DealFuel introduces to you, whichever happens first ("Effective Date"). DealFuel Pro includes: (1) lifetime access to the DealFuel Pro community, (2) a DealFuel Pro profile, and (3) exclusive content and resources.
Payment Terms & No Refund Policy
You authorize DealFuel to process your provided payment method for the amount at checkout for DealFuel Pro access. The purchase is limited to the specified services. Due to the immediate access to our services and digital content, no refunds will be provided for any reason. We encourage careful consideration of the financial investment and prospective benefits before purchase.
Service Disclaimer
DealFuel and its representatives make no guarantees or representations regarding future income or gains resulting from our services. Your success depends on various factors, and you acknowledge that you have not been induced to enter this Agreement based on any income claims.
Intellectual Property Rights
DealFuel maintains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content. The Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All content, materials, and information provided through DealFuel Pro are confidential and proprietary, and you agree not to share or distribute these materials to others.
Communication Consent
By accepting these terms and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from DealFuel regarding your account, additional offers, and services, including through automated systems and pre-recorded messages.
Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealFuel, its officers, directors, and employees from all claims arising from your use of our services. DealFuel's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim. You waive rights to special, indirect, or consequential damages.
Platform Access and Modifications
DealFuel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the DealFuel Pro program at any time without notice. We may revoke access for any breach of this Agreement or our Terms of Service. You are not permitted to represent yourself as a DealFuel agent or employee.
Opportunities Introduced by DealFuel
If you pursue an opportunity introduced to you by a DealFuel account manager independently of DealFuel, and you are hired or engaged for it, you will be liable for the full recruitment fee for that opportunity. This is compensation for going around DealFuel, not a fee for finding you work.
Referrals to a Business DealFuel Placed You With
If DealFuel placed you with a business and you recommend or introduce anyone from your network to that business, including other candidates or another recruiter or recruitment service, you will be liable for the full recruitment fee DealFuel would have charged that business for each person it hires or engages through that recommendation without going through DealFuel. This is compensation for taking those hires around DealFuel. To recommend someone, refer them through DealFuel at roles.dealfuel.ai/refer.
Fraudulent Activity
If you engage in fraudulent activity in a role you obtain through DealFuel, DealFuel has the right to remove you from the platform without notice.
Professional Conduct
If you act unprofessionally during a hiring process DealFuel introduces you to, for example by missing interviews or contacting the business directly outside DealFuel's process, DealFuel has the right to remove you from the platform without notice.
Legal Framework
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. You waive participation in class action claims. Claims cannot be consolidated with others. The Agreement cannot be assigned without DealFuel's written consent. If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified to comply with applicable law while maintaining the Agreement's effect.
