These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and DealFuel concerning your access to and use of DealFuel Pro and DealFuel 2.0 services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement Overview
This Agreement ("Agreement") is between You (the purchaser of DealFuel Pro or DealFuel 2.0 services) and AAD Stores LLC, including its affiliates, sub-contractors, employees, agents, owners, or assigns ("DealFuel"). The Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance of these terms ("Effective Date"). DealFuel Pro includes: (1) lifetime access to the DealFuel Pro community, (2) a DealFuel Pro profile, and (3) exclusive content and resources.
Payment Terms & No Refund Policy
You authorize DealFuel to process your provided payment method for the amount of $299 for DealFuel Pro access. The purchase is limited to the specified services. Due to the immediate access to our services and digital content, no refunds will be provided for any reason. We encourage careful consideration of the financial investment and prospective benefits before purchase.
Service Disclaimer
DealFuel and its representatives make no guarantees or representations regarding future income or gains resulting from our services. Your success depends on various factors, and you acknowledge that you have not been induced to enter this Agreement based on any income claims.
Intellectual Property Rights
DealFuel maintains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content. The Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All content, materials, and information provided through DealFuel Pro are confidential and proprietary, and you agree not to share or distribute these materials to others.
Communication Consent
By accepting these terms and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from DealFuel regarding your account, additional offers, and services, including through automated systems and pre-recorded messages.
Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealFuel, its officers, directors, and employees from all claims arising from your use of our services. DealFuel's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim. You waive rights to special, indirect, or consequential damages.
Platform Access and Modifications
DealFuel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the DealFuel Pro program at any time without notice. We may revoke access for any breach of this Agreement or our Terms of Service. You are not permitted to represent yourself as a DealFuel agent or employee.
Legal Framework
This Agreement is governed by Wyoming law. You waive participation in class action claims. Claims cannot be consolidated with others. The Agreement cannot be assigned without DealFuel's written consent. If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified to comply with applicable law while maintaining the Agreement's effect.
